SupportBreeze is an application intended to help businesses handle their support requests. The system is designed to give the user a place to organize requests, assign them to support employees, respond to them and close them upon completion. The user can set up an email forward so that support inquiries go straight to SupportBreeze, which automatically creates a thread for the issue. The user and their customer can choose between email responses or website responses. The user can also set up auto responses, which are also tracked as a part of the original thread. The user can customize the system so it looks professional, complete with their help desk logo and colors through the custom CSS feature. SupportBreeze also gives its users a knowledgebase which they can build to give customers a place to look for answers before inquiring about an issue.Show more screenshots »
SupportBreeze was created in 2010. There are so many support options available on the internet today, however the creators of SupportBreeze wanted to give users something that was easy to use (literally a breeze). They focused on building a versatile product that was flexible enough to work for almost any company. The results of their efforts are the many convenient features available through SupportBreeze.
Utilizing a web based support system is not a new concept. Many businesses do it and many applications are available offering their own unique set of features. What makes SupportBreeze so appealing is the convenience factor. Users can set up email forwards that automatically build a thread for the issue. The user stays in total control while automating portions of their support system.
The look of SupportBreeze compliments its flexible functionality. A new user is greeted by a dark blue banner with the SupportBreeze logo above a row of narrow blue and red stripes. The application’s various features are equally as attractive, with ideal organization so the user is never left searching through clutter to find the tools they need to respond to support issues. The overall design combines simplicity with professional style.
A new user can register for a SupportBreeze account by clicking on the dark red “Get Started for Free” button found along the left hand side of the homepage. The next page asks the user to select one of the membership plans by clicking on the corresponding green “Select Plan” button. The registration form asks the user for a company name, plan level, desired subdomain name, full name, email address, password and time zone. Upon completion, the user is registered for a 30 day free trial membership. No credit card is required to register for the free trial.
SupportBreeze is a valuable tool for any company looking for a support solution. The system is easy to use, although it might be more appealing to a small or medium size business as opposed to a large one.
