What can you use the app for?

SupportBreeze is an application intended to help businesses handle their support requests. The system is designed to give the user a place to organize requests, assign them to support employees, respond to them and close them upon completion. The user can set up an email forward so that support inquiries go straight to SupportBreeze, which automatically creates a thread for the issue. The user and their customer can choose between email responses or website responses. The user can also set up auto responses, which are also tracked as a part of the original thread. The user can customize the system so it looks professional, complete with their help desk logo and colors through the custom CSS feature. SupportBreeze also gives its users a knowledgebase which they can build to give customers a place to look for answers before inquiring about an issue.
